What we release creates space. Learn to fill that space with what nourishes and sustains you.

  • We begin with qigong to center and arrive
  • Time for guided practice with Body Dialogue techniques
  • Quiet time for breathing and meditation
  • We close with a practice to release unwanted resistance and negativity, and to fill up with light and strength

Before we can release, we have to recognize. We'll map where overwhelm lives in your body — and begin the conversation with what's been waiting to be heard.

Finding Your Edges

Empaths often lose track of where they end and others begin. Through gentle movement and breath, we'll practice inhabiting your own space fully.

We'll weave together what you've learned into sustainable practices you can carry forward — anchors for the days when the world feels like too much.

A certified Alexander Technique teacher and somatic practitioner, Janice combines technical expertise with deep intuition. Her work is grounded in a simple truth: your body already knows how to find balance. It's been waiting for you to listen.
